OBJECTIVES

This conference aims to be a forum for scientists who are committed to the search for knowledge and skills in order to develop and roll-out prevention and treatment interventions in the most effective and efficient way. Moreover, it seeks to create a positive environment for discussion and debate on scientific evidence from various fields and research areas, with a special focus on epidemiological modelling. However, as this is a highly specialized discipline, advance knowledge of its terminology and methodology is a prerequisite for interactive discussion. Accordingly, the pre-conference workshop aims to enable maximal understanding and interaction during presentations.
