Dr.Stanley Luchters | ICRH

Dr Stanley Luchters has been a board member since April 2008.  He is currently the Deputy Director of ICRH in Ghent and holds a masters degree in Public Health for developing countries from London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, University of London, United Kingdom and a Medical degree from Medical University, Academic Medical Center, University of Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
