The International Centre for Reproductive Health (ICRH) was founded in 1994 as an answer to the International Conference on Population and Development (ICPD, Cairo, 1994).

ICRH Global aims to improve the quality of life of individuals and communities by;

Creating knowledge that leads to policies and practices that improve sexual and reproductive health and rights,

Building capacity and contributing to the next generation of leaders in research and policy,

Advocating for sexual and reproductive health and rights, and

Ensuring equitable access to good-quality sexual and reproductive health services.

ICRH conducts research and intervention projects in all areas of reproductive health, implements capacity building, provides community education, prevention and HIV testing services, and advocates for sexual and reproductive health and rights. ICRH is active in Africa, Latin America, Asia and Europe.

ICRH consists of 3 independent organisations:
