Norah is so passionate with children and believes that; “There can be no keener revelation of a society’s soul than the way in which it treats its children”
She holds a B.A Degree in Development Studies from Mount Kenya University, A Certificate in Guidance and Counseling from Coast Institute of Technology and Certificate in Disaster Management from African Institute of Technology. Norah has over 6 years of experience working with community programs, mainly with Orphans and Vulnerable (OVC) Children and extensive knowledge on child protection issues, and good working relationships with child rights-based organizations and Governments Ministries that deals with children.
At ICRH she is working with a project on Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children identifying sexually exploited children and linking them to different interventions.
Prior to joining ICRHK, she worked as a Social Worker for Catholic Arch Diocese of Mombasa CBHC and AID relief pursuing and advocating for children rights.
