ICT OFFICER
Ezra is the ICT Officer at ICRHK. He holds a B.Sc. in Information Technology from Makerere University (Uganda) and is currently pursuing Masters’s in the same field. He has completed various certified courses including CCNA, CISSP, GCP, and EIGRP, and is a Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH).
He has over 10 years of experience in system administration, ICT policies formulation and implementation, Server management, Computer Programming, Software testing and configuration, Biometrics systems management, Project Management, Website development and maintenance, Application integration on mobile devices, and Network setups and management. He has a vast knowledge of statistical software (Stata, SPSS), Financial Solutions (QuickBooks, Tally, Sage), and data collection apps (ODK, KoboToolbox, Redcap, Trellis, Ibio-App).
Prior to joining ICRHK, he was the IT Manager at Mediheal Group of Hospitals, ICT consultant to various organizations in East Africa and a volunteer at the United Nations (UN), and a member of United Nations Volunteers (UNV)
Ezra is constantly driven by promoting and encouraging the use of ICT solutions that allow better use of the available technologies both in urban and rural setup to improve service delivery on Health outcomes especially on Reproductive Health focusing on the Youths and the Key Population.
